If you are not satisfied for any reason with a product you purchased on HorseLoverZ.com from us you can return it within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or full refund. If you purchased it on a site other than HorseLoverZ.com the terms and conditions of that purchase from that website should be referenced.

Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Items must be in new condition.

Most orders ship with a post paid return label from FedEx. Simply follow the instructions on the back of that label and return the items to us. If you did not get a shipping label, contact customer service and they will help you with the return request.

Customers requesting store credit or an exchange may use the return shipping label free of charge.

Customers using the return label and requesting a full refund will have an $8.00 fee deducted from their refund. You may use your own return method to avoid the $8.00 fee.
