The middle of the panty is waterproof from below the waistband in the front to below the waistband in the back. The sides of the panty are made of cotton/lycra. There is a 3/4" wide soft elastic waistband proudly displaying the Vv SkiVvys logo. Machine wash and dry. Made in the USA.The June Vintage Panty is a full coverage panty with stretch sides.
