We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt along with a copy of the original invoice or return form (if applicable) and it will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for you. If you purchased this item on a site other than HorseLoverZ.com (eBay or Amazon, i.e.) the terms and conditions of that website should be referenced.

30-Day Return Policy
We
at HorseLoverZ.com want you to be happy with your purchase. We
understand that equestrian products can be difficult to purchase and
fit without the product in hand. Please read our return guidelines
to ensure that you can return and exchange your purchase smoothly.
You can return anything you purchase from HorseLoverZ.com, for a refund, within 30 day of receipt (.The original shipping and handling, return shipping costs, and/or duties and taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE on returned items). All items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. We do not accept returns on used merchandize.
All returns should include a copy of the sales receipt and be in NEW and UNUSED condition. This includes all original packaging and tags.
Re-pack the return items in a sturdy box with either the completed return form (if applicable) or a copy of the original invoice.
For your protection, it is recommended that the return package be insured.
While you may reuse the box your items were shipped in, you may not use a product’s original branded box for shipping. For example, the box a helmet comes in with the brand and product name on the box must be placed in another box for purposes of shipping. Failure to do this could result in a partial refund.
Used, misused or incomplete items cannot be returned.
If returned items are damaged in transit due to improper packaging, no refund will be issued.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The only exception is if a customer receives an incorrect or damaged product. Please review our return shipping costs below.
Items that have been previously replaced because they were defective, damaged or incorrect are not returnable.
Returned merchandise is processed within a few business days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Store credits will be emailed in the form of a Gift Certificate.
Free Gifts with Purchases: If you fail to return any free gifts that came with an item, the regular retail price of the non-returned gifts will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty Returns: If you believe your item is defective, please contact us before returning for instructions. Please note that most horse items such as bridles, blankets, and halters are not warranted against breakage or rips. If you return item for a warranty issue and the manufacturer believes that no defect was present, you will be responsible for return shipping to you and no refund will be issued. We follow the manufacturer’s guidelines as to whether the defective item is replaced, repaired or refunded. Blankets and sheets must be laundered prior to returning for manufacturer review.
Return Shipping
Costs
The
original shipping and handling, return shipping costs, and/or duties
and taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE
on returned items unless the item is being returned as a result of
our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your
protection, we encourage you to send your return package with a
tracking number and insurance. We do not accept COD. Save
your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return
delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are
lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
You are
welcome to return the items by post office, FedEx, or UPS at your
expense, or you can use the FedEx PRP label (included with most US
orders exceeding $25.00 in value) to return your package. If
your order exceeds $25 in product value, and was shipped to an
address in the lower 48 United States, and you do not have a FedEx
pre-paid return label – call our toll free number 1-877-804-7810.
Our Customer Service team will be happy to email you a label.

If you use the FedEx PRP label to return items to us, $8.50
will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange shipping fees are $8.50
for exchanges less than $100.00 in value and $12.00

Pack items in a sturdy box using cushioning materials to keep them secure.
Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original shipping barcode.
Seal the box with shipping tape.
Complete the FROM section on the Return Label.

Exchanges
When
returning an item for an exchange you will be responsible for the
shipping charges on the new item. Please include a check or money
order for any price difference and the shipping charges on your
replacement order. Include $8.50 for shipping & handling on
replacement orders under $100.00. Include $12.00 for shipping &
handling on replacement orders over $100.00 (add $0.50 per pound for items over 10 pounds). If you do not include a
check or money order for any price difference and shipping &
handling on your replacement order, this amount will be invoiced via
email.
Missing,
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy
If
an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect please call or
email our Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt at
877-804-7810.
One of our representatives will be happy to
explain what steps need to be taken.
Saddle
Test Ride and Return Policy
You
may test ride any saddle exceeding $200 in value for up to 20 days.
The 20 day trial period begins the day the saddle arrives at your
doorstep. There is NO
additional test ride fee. Any saddle less than $200 in product value
may not be cinched up or ridden in prior to return.
A clean
saddle pad must be used each time you ride. Leathers must be wrapped
in Saran Wrap, Vet Wrap, or a clean pair of socks with the toes cut
out. You may use your own fittings to try the saddle. If you need
fittings we will gladly help you find and purchase what you need.
However, we recommend not using any newly purchased fittings for test
ride purposes, as they would then be considered used and
non-returnable. Keep the saddle covered and in a clean dry
environment when not in use. Should you need to wipe the saddle down
please use a soft dry cloth. Please do not use any cleaners,
conditioners, or oils on the saddle until after you have decided to
keep it. Excessive wear and or damage to returned saddles will result
in a reduction of your refund amount.
If after 20 days you and
your horse LOVE the saddle ~ keep it!
If the saddle is not
THE ONE, use the original packaging and pre-paid FedEx return label
(US addresses only) to send the saddle back for exchange, store
credit, or a refund.
Let your trainer and friends try the
saddle too!
Saddles
purchased that are $200.00 or less would not be eligible for the Test
Ride Program. The following guidelines apply to those saddles:
Saddles must be returned within 7 days of receipt
Saddle can be placed on the horse over a clean pad to check fit
Saddle can be placed on a saddle buck to check rider fit
Saddle cannot be cinched up or ridden in
Saddle must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging
HORSE/DOG
BLANKETS
We
realize that blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try
the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However,
we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. It is
recommended that you use a bed sheet or pillow case to insure that no
hair or dirt is transferred. Dirty, soiled, ripped or torn blankets
or blankets that do not have original tags attached, cannot be
returned.
Blankets under warranty that are returned for review must be laundered prior to returning.
If the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and would then be ineligible for return. This is not considered normal use and conditions.
Please remember that horse clothing is manufactured for specific uses. Many types of sheets, skrims and fly sheets are not constructed to withstand the rigors of turnout.
BITS
Bits
that have been placed in a horse’s mouth may not be returned due to
health concerns and some state laws. We recommend comparing the
newly purchased bit to a bit already in use for fit.
SUPPLEMENTS
State
and federal laws prohibit us from accepting supplements and dewormers
for return. This includes anything your animal will ingest.
UNDERGARMENTS
Health
regulations require that undergarments (including bras) need to be in
new condition (tags and original packaging intact) to be eligible to
return.
