Please check each product you purchase to check the shipping delay time. Some products do not reside in our Pennsylvania warehouse and have a longer lead time before shipment. The item on your order with the longest lead time will determine the number of days before your package leaves our warehouse. A tracking number is sent at the time of shipment so you will know when to expect your package. We are located in Hazleton Pennsylvania, 18201, USA.

We use FedEx, FedEx Smart Post or US Postal Service to deliver your package based on your location.

Eastern Canada arrives in 2-3 days while western Canada is 4-6 Days.  Plus there is no Hassle with Duties and Taxes at your door.  Here is how it works.

• We pre-clear all Canada packages through customs by collecting the duties and taxes from you as part of checking out on our website.

• Shipping charges subject to 5% GST, ALL Clothing items are subject to 24% tax (5% GST, 19% Duties) and non clothing items are subject to 13%-19% tax (5% GST and 8% to 14% Duties) depending on product Country of Origin and Harmonization Codes.  

• We are registered with Canada as a Non-Resident Importer, (NRI) and therefore we pre-collect these taxes which covers GST, Canada import duties and brokerage. 

• We take the worry out of importing your goods into Canada.  We take care of all of the paperwork and pay all the taxes and brokerage fees so you never are asked for more money.  The amount you pay to us is the only amount you will ever pay. 

• Goods are delivered as prepaid.  No surprises when you receive your package, no duties, brokerage or taxes to be paid at your door, saving you time and money.

• No cash on delivery (C.O.D.) or power of attorney (POA) to worry the buyer - easily get our goods into Canada.

• Quicker shipment of goods as our pre-cleared FedEx shipments do not have to wait for the release from customs. 

• Addresses in eastern Canada are delivered in about 3-4 days after shipment leaves our building while west coast deliveries take about 6-7 days from the time it leaves our building.
