I tried to not get this sent as you charged me $10 shipping to send a $5 coupon i will not use I also bid on auction on a pair of size 16 breeches which should be a size 36 what arrived was a size 34 which is a size 14 all in all not happy with my expierence as i was last time will not order anything for quite a while

The pocture on your site and description was not what the item was we recieved. We attempted to inform customer service of the error, but sent same bit over again and had to ask for refund.

During the Memorial Day sale, I ordered a pair of boots. They were back ordered until June 2. The boots were not shipped. I called customer service & was told the boots were back ordered until September. I cancelled the order and purchased them online from other tack store. During the Ariat Liquidation sale, I ordered 2 pairs of boots. After 3 weeks, the boots had not shipped. I called customer service twice & was finally told the boots were no longer available. HorseLoverz seems to think it is okay to advertise items for sale that they do not physically have available for sale. Customer service was horrible. No communication from them until I repeatedly called to check on the status of my missing (cancelled) orders. HorseLoverz has lost my business!!!!
