Shoddy bits, shoddy customer service
Verified Purchase
The middle bar is supposed to rotate and neither of the two bits I purchased rotated as they should. I returned them and asked HorseloverZ if they could check inventory to see if they have any properly working bits. They said they would look into it. I have not heard back (a month later) nor have I received credit for the bits returned. I would be careful purchasing from this vendor.
