Courbette was established in 1976 to offer American riders access to premium European riding equipment. Attention to detail and use of quality materials is why Courbette products will stand the test of time. All of our bridle work is made of finest quality leather and feature stainless steel buckles.
The dropped noseband was invented by The Spanish Riding School, and is still used there and many other classical institutions. The dropped position constricts the opening of the jaw as low down toward the mouth as you can get, and has been very popular with European trainers. Square raised leather with white stitching and stainless steel buckles.
