helps with knee pain, helps keep your feet in the stirrups
I have back issues that cause nerve problems when i ride. with regular stirrups, my left toes start to tingle after about 5 minutes and by the end of an hour ride, my whole left leg is numb and the right one up to the knee. needless to say, its not safe or effective to ride when you can't feel your feet. A friend recommended slanted pads to help with my knee pain(the knees hurt before they go numb) so I ordered a pair and they are great! With these pads, I can ride for almost an hour before I notice any tingling. the knee pain is much less noticeable and I haven't lost a stirrup since I started using them last year. I love these things and I recommend them to my clients and students, and I just ordered a kid size pair for teaching.
