Tuffrider tough to keep zipped

A couple of things: try as I might, I can do nothing short of safety pinning the zipper in place to keep it up. Invariably when I dismount, the zipper has unzipped itself. Not good. Second, although the knee grip pads are very grippy, I find the whole pant is pulled downward with any sort of hard riding. I am not happy with these and will not be ordering a second pair.
