Noble Equestrian Ladies Balance Legging

While I mistakenly ordered these "leggings" (on sale) thinking they were Noble Outfitters' riding "tights" with knee patches (beware, the photos of the two black products look almost alike), I'm keeping them anyway. They are one of the few riding pants that sit at the waist, above the navel. The fabric is of a sturdy, smooth quality, with a nice bit of stretch; the fit is great at both waist and hip, the waistband is comfortable, and the phone pocket is ample and handy on the thigh. I bought a large. I'm 5'3" tall, 132 lbs. I wear a size 12 jean and usually order a 32R in riding pants; waist 32, hip 39/40, my preferred to-the-waist rise is 12.5 inches. Will test them in the saddle today to see if the lack of a knee patch makes much difference. But overall they are nice and can easily be worn at or away from the barn. Have only had them a week so can't comment of durability, but they appear to be solidly made. Now that I've seen the quality of these, I'll probably order a Noble Outfitters' Balance silicon full-seat riding tight, which appears to be of a similar design and cut.

Love the cell phone pocket. Great placement and easy to get phone out with one hand.
