100% Polyester

I have the vest in Seafoam which is a really pretty color, a bit darker than shown in the picture. The fabric however is horrible, pure plastic. I have other items from Noble that are also pure Polyester, but they are not as bad as this vest. I am electrical all the time and my horse keeps getting electric strikes when I touch him. Not fun! I am hoping it will go away with time but I am not sure since I already washed it and no change.
