I have large calves and the size 7 regular fit very well. They were snug at first, but the soft suede stretches and the elastic panels allow for a sleek yet conforming fit. If you prefer a looser fit, I would recommend purchasing the wide boot. The boot is very stylish and comfortable. I used a silicone waterproofing spray to make them water repellent.
