Perfect mid calf boots. Well made.so glad I was able to get them at the sale price.

Boots are very attractive, comfortable with soft, supple leather. They look quite a bit like Dublin River boots which is what I really wanted. But, I didn't want knee-high boots; as a shorter person (5'), knee high boots are really quite high on me. Dublin didn't make their river boots in the mid-calf style so I bought these. Mid-calf on me, super cute and more than half the cost of the Dublin River boots. Heck, I might even purchase the same boots in the other color! If I did, I'd still have spent less than a pair of dublin river boots

I wanted some short boots to wear when working around the barn this summer and didnt want western roper style. Found these on this site at almost half the price that I've seen on other sites. They were a wee bit snug on the sides of the front of my foot but after about an hour of wearing them in the house, I forgot they were on my feet they were so comfortable. Felt like I had my favorite running shoes on. I have a slender heel and high arch so the back of the boot slips when I walk but an insert fixed that perfectly. First pair of boots like this that I can wear all day and not hurt my feet. They are also way cooler than I expected and my feet feel dryer when I take them off than when I wear hiking boots or some tennis shoes. I also like that I can tighten the straps to make the shaft smaller. These boots are awesome, love the look of them and they are holding up well.
