Answer: You change the gullet by unscrewing the D-Ring. Once the D-Ring has been loosened, you can pull down the shoulder panels to expose the tree. There is a velcro flap to peel back as well. Once the saddle is opened, you can unscrew the gullet and replace it with the size you need for your horse. Be sure that when putting the saddle back together that you put the points of the tree back in their pockets before screwing the D-Rings back in.
