FANTASIA DATES & HOURS
The Fantasia will take place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, November 8-10, in the coliseum at the Eastern States Exposition. The doors will open at 6:45 each night; each show will begin at 7:30pm and last approximately two hours. Advance tickets for the Fantasia will be on sale July 9 through October 21. After October 21, Fantasia tickets will be on sale on a will-call basis through November 5. After November 5, any remaining tickets will be available at the Information Booth in the Better Living Center beginning at 9:00am on Thursday, November 8. (See more below)

**ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTE: Memorial bridge west of Gate 1 is closed for construction. Memorial Avenue is down to two lanes just west of Gate 1. Please allow extra travel time if coming from the west.
ACCESSING EQUINE AFFAIRE
All Equine Affaire attendees (other than those camping on the grounds) should access the Eastern States Exposition at Gate 9—the “main gate” off of Memorial Avenue at the east end of the facility. Attendees who require handicapped parking spaces or who are camping on the grounds should enter through Gate 1 off of Memorial Avenue at the west end of the facility in order to access the handicapped spaces and various camping areas.
PARKING AND CAMPING AT EQUINE AFFAIRE
The Eastern States Exposition manages parking and camping on the grounds. The daily parking fee will be $5, and four-day passes allowing quicker re-entry to the event will be available for $20.

NO PETS PERMITTED
We love our pets as much as you love yours. However, we cannot make any pets welcome at Equine Affaire. To maintain a professional environment in the trade show and educational venues and ensure the safety of all event participants, we do not allow any pet inside any building at Equine Affaire—including the barns. Please do not bring a dog or other pet to the event which may be obliged to spend the day locked in your vehicle during hot or inclement weather.
Firearms of all types are prohibited on the grounds of the Eastern States Exposition. Please do not bring any firearm, concealed or otherwise, to the event.

General admission to Equine Affaire includes access to all event features except the Fantasia evening show. Adult admission also includes a free souvenir program (while supplies last). All sessions are “open admission”; no registration is required.
HOW TO PURCHASE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
On site: Daily and four-day tickets will be sold at the entrance gates of the Eastern States Exposition beginning at 8:30am on each event day. You may purchase tickets for all event days on the first day of arrival at Equine Affaire. Ticket sales are “cash only” at the event.

A separate ticket is required for admission to the “Fantasia,” Equine Affaire’s signature musical celebration of the horse.
This special equine musical review will feature a star-studded lineup of professional equestrian performers and exceptional horses choreographed to a wide variety of musical styles. The 2018 Fantasia promises to be an evening of entertainment you won’t want to miss!

Note: Tickets purchased July 9 – October 21 will be mailed prior to the event. Tickets purchased October 22 – November 5 will be held for will-call pick up at the coliseum box office on the night of the performance for which the tickets are purchased.
Club, organization, and association discounts are available for Thursday night’s Fantasia!
Groups purchasing 10 or more Fantasia tickets for the show on Thursday, November 8 may take advantage of a 30% discount on tickets ordered online by November 5! Discounts will automatically be calculated at check out for quantities of ten tickets or more.

Please note: There are no refunds on the purchase of tickets to Equine Affaire or the Fantasia. Admission to any Equine Affaire event is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission or removal from the facility at management’s discretion upon refund of the ticket purchase price.
