NOT WATERPROOF!!!!!!

Bought 2 of these in March but did not need them. Put them on this morning- rain but not heavy today. When I took them off the horses were soaked to the skin. I am furious because even though they were brand new- right out of the bag, tags and all- I cant return them because it's been 8 months.
