Summer is always awful in my area for deer, horse & general biting flies. The Flyrider sheet eliminates the annoyances for my horse so she can enjoy riding out on our dirt roads and trails in the nearby park. Love that it attaches to the bridle at the poll so that the neck portion stays up.

This is the greatest sheet for going out on a trail ride ! My horse is happy to do his job with out getting all bit up, love this sheet .

The Fly Rider is an extremely lightweight and cool rug. Quick release Velcro closures provide ease of fitting and removal. Quick release velcro closures and reflective tape on rear provide added safety benefits. A saddle area cut out is contoured to fit around the saddle with a contoured area for the rider's leg. The removable hood included with your Fly Rider is longer and shaped to allow coverage even when moving. Extra room in the hood allows the horse to stretch his head and neck during exercise. The hood also has a loop on top to connect to the bridle and prevent it from sliding down the horse's neck.

Hello! My gelding wears a size 82 blanket. This seems to be between large and x-tra large sizing. I wouldn't want the blanket to fit too tightly or to be so large that there is a gap between the saddle and the sheet. Which sizing would you recommend?
Hello,A large is a 78"-81", while an XL is 84"-87. It may be better to go with the large as you would have at least 3" larger than you need if you go with the XL. Unfortunately we can not guarantee fit.
