They have rubber inside. Kind of heavy then normal bell boots.

They fit perfectly!
Pros: The large tall was perfect for my horse. he's got very small and upright hoofs that none of the regular bell boot fit him. These are the only ones that fit.
Cons: Sometimes I can't find the large tall for sale on here and it very hard to find them somewhere else
