LOVE this brush! for Equines & Canines
I bought this to use on our sensitive OTTB. I gave it to my daughter at Christmas but I had to leave it behind with my brother because his dog LOVED it. Its soft, yet does a good job grooming and brushing the whether its equine or canine(actually our cat like it too) The bristles were a nice texture. Buying a second one that we can take to the barn. I thought since it was pocket size it would have been smaller, I like the size and it is smaller then many of our brushes.

From the Legends Series this brush is made with a kiln-dried, double-lacquered, curved-back hardwood brush block with natural Tampico fibers. The brush head is about 6 3/8 long and the shape lends itself to easy handling. Since it is a little shorter than the standard brush head, it fits into pockets and small hands easier, too. The medium soft, first quality textured Tampico bristles are derived from a certain cactus. They have been dyed grey and are about 2 long. These fibers can hold water, making it great for general purpose grooming to remove dust & dirt and absorb sweat, as well.
