Techniche HyperKewl Evaporative Horse Cooling Blanket

I can't rate the product and it may be great, but I can rate Horseloverz - they sent me the wrong size ( I ordered L-XL and they sent S-M). Contacted them right away and they asked if I wanted the item or a refund. Requested the item. They emailed me a label and instructed to send back. They received the item on 7/5. I still have not received the correct size. They stated 3-5 business days for them to process the return and then at least 7 business days for it to ship. Can you believe that? They messed up and this is how they make it "right". It will be fall before you know it and who knows if I'll have the item - We are in the hottest part of the year when you would want this item. I've attached a picture of the order, so you can see I am not lying about the mistake being theirs.

Just what I needed for my little Cushings Morgan that has a hard time in the hot weather! This sheet and a fan and he is much more comfortable!

I bought this cooling blanket for our racehorses down in Florida. It has been super hot and one of the horses got overheated. My trainer says it works great at keeping the horses cool .
