Remove pillow from jar and place in aquarium filter. Pillow may be placed in aquarium directly but the softening process will take longer. Activity lasts 48 hours when placed in the filter, after which recharging will be necessary. Contains resins to remove calcium, magnesium, and soluble heavy metal ions, including copper and iron. Completely rechargeable. Ideal for soft water aquariums. Large pillow treats up to 20 U.S. gallons. Resins remove calcium, magnesium, and soluble heavy metals, including iron and copper. Does not add harmful chemicals.
