Cattle Rub Came Apart While Being Hung

We bought your cattle rubs and used them for several years. Two finally wore out and we bought two replacement rubs this summer. The tie came out of one the first day the cattle used it, and the tie came out of the second one as we were hanging it. It fell apart before it was even used. The quality of the product has gone from outstanding to being nothing but a rip off.
