Often seen on pleasure horses, open jumpers, polo ponies, and sometimes on Fox Hunters. This device can give a lot of control even though it isn't in the horse's mouth. Fleece lined nose, curb chain included. The shank on this bit measures 5" from the nosepiece to the rein attachment, making it allowable in USPC games competition.
