Each 176 gm bolus contains 44 gm calcium, more available calcium per bolus than leading calcium boluses. Dosage: Supportive - One 176 gm bolus prior to or immediately after calving; repeat 6-12 hours after calving; Preventive - One 176 gm bolus 2-6 hours prior to calving; repeat 6-12 hours after calving. Each 88 gm bolus contains 22 gm calcium. Dosage: Supportive - Two 88 gm boluses prior to or immediately after calving; repeat 6-12 hours after calving; Preventive - Two 88 gm boluses 2-6 hours prior to calving; repeat 6-12 hours after calving.
