Shipping Rates

We are located in Hazleton Pennsylvania, 18201, USA. We use UPS or US Postal Service to deliver your package based on your location.

Please check each product you purchase to check the shipping processing time. Some products do not reside in our Pennsylvania warehouse and have a longer processing time before shipment. The item on your order with the longest processing time will determine the number of days before your package leaves our warehouse. A tracking number is sent at the time of shipment so you will know when to expect your package.

• Heavy and oversize item(s) may have an additional shipping charge shown on the product page.
• Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges to be paid once your package is packed and weighed.
• We reserve the right to limit the amount of free shipping orders each customer receives.
• Once orders are processed to our shipping department they cannot be cancelled
• We can use your FedEx or UPS number if you call customer service. However, using your number requires a handling fee plus a per box fee.

After your package leaves our building, eastern Canada arrives in 4-6 days while western Canada is 6-8 Days.

Shipping charges subject to 5% GST, ALL Clothing items are subject to 24% tax (5% GST, 19% Duties) and non clothing items are subject to 13%-19% tax (5% GST and 8% to 14% Duties) depending on product Country of Origin and Harmonization Codes.

We are registered with Canada as a Non-Resident Importer, (NRI) and therefore we pre-collect these taxes which covers GST, Canada import duties and brokerage.
