Does exactly what it says. Fills in bridging for horse with high whither and slight sway back. Highly recommended with caveat that if your saddle is a close fit without a pad this one is pretty thick.

The gap between the horse’s back and the saddle is filled in with this pad to create a better fit and level the saddle from front to rear in all voids.
