The Classic Equine Professional Series Engraved D Ring Smooth Snaffle Bit is a necessity in any horseman's toolbox. This engraved D Ring snaffle has a nice weight, balance and feel. Its slightly heavier design not only makes it durable, but it takes a deliberate action to cue the horse. When released, the bit returns quickly to a resting state, providing release of pressure and adding consistency to your hands. The Smooth Snaffle is the softer of the two D-ring styles. It is 5" wide and curved to the shape of the mouth. Further included is inlaid copper that promotes salivation and a greater sensitivity to the bars.
