Sleeves Too Long

I loved this jacket and thought it was going to be quilted meaning there was stuffing in it but there was none. It was just quilted in style. Won't keep you warm. I also sent it back because the sleeves were 30" long and I have a 23" arm length and it would cost way too much money to have them shortened. Customer service was very good with the return.
