Verified Purchase
Comfortable saddle with decently soft leather, not slippery at all.
The pros:
- great price
- interchangeable gullets
- fairly wide channel
- good whither clearance (fit my TB comfortably)
- looks “up market” from where it actually is
- semi-forward flap
The cons:
- the knee and thigh blocks are huuuuge, thank god they are removable, because they push your leg completely off the horse.
- very stiff... the billets are stiff, the panels are stiff
- shorter billets ( had to use a girth 4” longer than riding in my prestige)
Overall I would buy the saddle again. Its my second saddle, intended to use on the horses I catch ride as its adjustable.
