Bands are 7 inches long by 2 inches high.Backside has velcro hooks and a detachable self-adhesivevelcro loop strip that can be placed anywhere ontack or halter or any location where insects are bothersome. The bands arelightweight, durable and washable. Inserts last approximately 4 weeks. They are easily replaceable and are available for sale (2 inserts in a pack).

Revolutionary inserts are effective in moderately warm temperatures to extreme heat. In cooler temps, more inserts and gear may be required. During moderate temperatures, the inserts have been shown to last longer than four weeks. During extreme heat, the scented vapor zone is greatly enhanced and fewer inserts are needed. However, inserts in high temps may last less than four weeks.It is recommended that Fly Armor gear be removed when bathing your horse as shampoo can contaminate the inserts and may reduce the life of the product. Replace the inserts when they lose their effectiveness.
