Need Big Licky School

Of course my horse goes goo goo over it, but apparently, I need to go to Big Licky school to get it out of the pail and to hang it up properly. I cut the pail off, so that worked and I hung it on the rail so my horse wouldn't get it caught against the barn. However, the next morning found Big Licky dead on the ground. Apparently, my horse is not really a licker, but a chewer, and somehow got big licky off the hook by breaking the ring on the top of the yellow holder. Leaving only the rope and little clip hanging. LOL Nothing lasts long with furry children.
