They are a amazing price and I have used through major rain storms even snow and they hold up great used on multiple horses different blankets no issues!!!! Have bought these again for new horse! Not a terrible product but no fleece at the neck & only a single legstrap.
Just got it & I rarely blanket, but wanted a waterproof cover. Time will tell how it holds up. My horses are not tough on blankets.
