Not waterproof

this blanket holds water and is super heavy, the new style buckle are difficult to unclick when sand is involved from rolling. i was excited to try a new innovation but need up real waste of money, as i can return it when its dirty.

I purchased this for my granddaughters new horse. She was thrilled with the idea that he would be protected from the New England elements during the winter months. Needless to say, she was extremely disappointed when she brought him into the barn during a rainstorm and he (and the blanket) were soaking wet. The description states it is waterproof but it is anything but! Very disappointing and it will be returned.
