What the heck

I ordered two packs of these plugs on 10/23. They took almost 10 days to arrive and I'm in a border state from the HorseloverZ warehouse (they are in PA, I'm in MD so there's literally no reason for this purchase to take so long to ship and arrive..)... um. On top of that, they charged $7.99 for a package that took over a week to arrive and isn't even 1 lbs in weight. Didn't even bother with the plugs as they arrived too late and look way too small anyway. Ordered a shipping label (The cheapest UPS label I could find) that states the return will be arriving to them WITHIN THE NEXT DAY!! So there is really no excuse for the product to take so long to arrive. If anything, it's not the product itself that gets the bad review but the shipping and distributing services for taking so darn long to fulfill an order. Super disappointing! It shouldn't take a week to find the product in a warehouse and have it shipped out.....
