Thicker than I expected, size Large is plenty generous for my 16.1hh WB/TB. I can't speak to durability, yet, but for $15 the price was right. Material seems like thick neoprene? Velcro and stitching seems sturdy. Pleased with my purchase overall. As an aside they showed up from Horseloverz within two weeks... I was very surprised! Usually I wait over a month!
