I usually purchase "cob"-sized halters since two of my horses are small-statured. Will this one truly adjust down to an 800+ lb. & a 1000lb. animal?
Here are the measurements for tis horse sized halter. Over the crown is 22 on the last hole & 18 on the shortest hole, buckle to buckle. 12 over the nose, top of the ring to top of the ring. 10 under the chin. Side cheek is 7. Under the chin 6-1/2
