These boots were poor quality and would not stay on my horse’s hocks. The return policy didn’t help as the product has to be in new condition to return. How can you try them out and know they work and still maintain the new condition. Will not buy from this company again

Straps not properly sized

The boot is a nice thick neoprene. But, the top strap is too short. The leg is thicker above the hock than below, so having the straps all the same length is a poor design. For my 16h TB I have to use a velcro extension to make the top strap fit, but the extension doesnt always hold and he removes the boots regularly. Still, his sores are getting better. This would be 5 stars if the top strap was longer
