From the original Tory Leather - MADE IN USA. The mane tamer is made of a washable mesh with a highly absorbent terry cloth lining on both sides of the crest that holds the mane securely in place. There is a velcro strap to attach to the halter and the four velcro neck straps insure precise adjustment.
