Merial ULCERGARD for Horses

Does your horse seem "off"? It could be stress or ulcers, caused by radicals fluttering in the horses body. Clinical symptoms of stomach ulcers include poor appetite, loose stools, poor coat, and low performance. Merial ULCERGARD suppresses the acid that horses produce when they are stressed, which can lead to ulcers and colic. Its main ingredient, Omeprazole, is an acid-pump inhibitor that suppresses acid production, stopping pain and discomfort before they occur. One dose of Merial ULCERGARD per day for 28 days effectively prevents the onset of ulcers in horses exposed to stressful conditions. It can also be used short-term when you know your horse is going to be put into a stressful situation, like travel. Just start a few days before departure and continue for a few days after.
