Steer head for roping review

Eleven year old Granddaughter excited to learn roping skills. However a few days after Christmas when my Granddaughter was pushing the steer head spikes into a straw hay bale the plastic broke where the steel rods and plastic meet. I’m no engineer but I believe a stronger support could be developed. I am very grateful for Horseloverz very quick response to my email and pictures by sending a replacement within a couple days to make my Granddaughters Christmas most enjoyable.
