Mustang Western Soft Ride

This was the best price I found for this soft saddle. As for the saddle, we're not sure that it is what we were expecting. The stirrups are set too far back and are uncomfortable.(something others had mentioned, but I was optimistic) I wish that there was more shaped padding in the pommel for better grip for the rider, meaning a longer roll that gives the front of your thighs some grip. We took the wrap off the handle on the front because the weight of it kept making it fall under your legs/crotch. I like the softness and foam padding - that part is comfortable. It's light and easy to handle. I like the D-rings for a chest strap to help stabilize it. It has some very good things, and some that should be redesigned. It inspires me to try to design my own saddle with the things that are important to me.
