Professionals Choice Countoured Pad Liner

I bought this liner to go under my 1 in wool pad. I put this on my horse and 20 minutes later, he was dripping wet with sweat under the pad without even riding him. He was very figity standing which is unlike him. I mounted and he turned his head around to try to tell me he was not happy, but I ignored him and started riding out to get the cows. He started throwing his head and dancing around getting ready to explode. I dismounted, unsaddled and switched back to a cotton blanket under the pad and he was fine. He did not like this pad for whatever reason. It was scratchy and evidently did not allow any air flow and trapped the sweat. I cannot return it because I used it, but will never put it on him again.
