Would certainly rate the product higher. Ordered two collars, need to send one back. I’ve sent two inquires re sending one back without a response. One fit the dog, the other was too big for the other dog. They came without documents, sent question twice how to do this without delivery docs, no answer. So high rating for the product, low rating for customer service.
