The BeneFab Therapeutic Blanketmay be used as a blanket or liner to your standard bed sheets (i.e. underneath your fitted sheet).

The fabric is infused with far-infrared emitting minerals to promote blood circulation and increase oxygen flow, while safely and naturally stimulating recovery time and overall comfort. Far-infrared rays keep muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments supple and relaxed.

Directions for use: If new to BeneFab fabricsand especially if you struggle with circulation or inflammationwe recommend an introduction period of 1-2 hours per day for the first week. Slowly increase use time up to 12 hours per day (or as needed).
