The Colorado Saddlery HZ Cattle Company Spine Relief Saddle Pad is the top of the line. Horse experts generally agree that 100% natural wool is best for a horse's back. This pad is made out of thick, durable pressed wool, which not only protects the horse's back, but keeps the saddle in place. Wool also wicks away moisture from the horse's back and has cooling properties that help to regulate body temperature. This pad features a cutout center for spine relief, which is excellent for mules or older horses. Wool saddle pads are also exceptionally easy to clean, and only get better over time as they form to the shape of the horse. Wool underside color will vary.
