A fully removable surcingles allows you to use this cooler for grooming or tacking up if you choose. Note - the surcingle should always be used if the horse is left unattended. An Ultra fleece collar fully lines the neck and extends under the withers as a final cozy barrier against drafts. Perfect for winter tack up time, after-ride cooling out or cold weather travel.
