Handcrafted with heavy latigo leather and fleece lined. Connected with 30'' steel brass plated chain. Designed to prevent the horse from kicking with one leg. Measures 1-3/8'' x 20''. Snap on end of chain allows for adjustment. MADE IN AMERICA.
