A great option for strong horses, the Horze Lozenge Link Gag Bit provides secure control for experienced riders.
This bit exerts pressure on the horse's poll and along the bars of the horse's mouth. The lozenge style mouthpiece limits the nutcracker effect and allows this bit to lay along the horse's tongue. Designed to be used with two sets of reins with one attached to the bit, and the other attached to the cheekpieces. This bit requires a specialized cheekpiece that slides through the rings of the bit. This bit encourages the horse to bring his head up and is commonly used by jumpers and eventers.

Care Instructions: Bits should be cleaned with hot water after each use. Dry bit with soft cloth. Metal polish may be used on cheek pieces.
