It is perfect for all riders, whether they are trainers or students. It is worn on the boot like a spur and will alert with an adjustable tone when the rider's heel rises above horizontal, which will allow for immediate correction within a stride or two. This patent pending technology helps build muscle memory to stay in an optimal foot position.
Adjustable volume control. Uses two 3V 2450 batteries, which are included. The spur portion is made of a bendable metal alloy, which can be adjusted to fit any boot.
