The Tough-Shell Wheeled Collapsible Pet Carrier is composed of a tough-shell outer exterior and a soft-shell tough middle exterior. The bottom of this dog carrier features all-terrain, tough, rubberized wheels for a nice smooth ride on both indoor and outdoor surface areas with an extendable wheeled handle bar. Additionally, this pet carrier collapses to three inches narrow as the two outer shells collide and zip together.
